Can someone else receive my delivery?
Yes, any adult (18+) can accept delivery. Just let us know who will be there and provide their contact information when booking.

My building has stairs - is that a problem?
Not at all! We charge $10 per flight for stair assistance during delivery or pickup. You can also handle stairs yourself at no extra cost using our provided dollies.
